Goldenseal is integrated house construction software for home builders, developers and construction contractors. It includes project estimating, job cost accounting, contract writing and project management features. Goldenseal includes "smart dimensions" that calculate quantities for construction work. They will automatically calculate overall quantities for framing, drywall, paint, insulation and other work. The program also includes over 2,000 unit costs for the complete range of house construction work. Most of them are in the form of Assemblies, which include the labor and materials you'll need for each type of work. We were originally Turtle Creek Construction, and we developed the first versions of our software for our own construction business. Since then over 7000 companies have purchased our programs for estimating and managing their construction projects. Goldenseal is an integrated program that also includes general accounting, cost estimates, project management and general business management tools.
