Goldenseal is integrated house building software that calculates the cost of building houses, tracks building expenses and helps manage the building project. It is designed for home builders, developers, and owners who want to estimate construction costs and track expenses in detail. To estimate house building costs, you'll start with an estimate template that already includes typical construction details. Use the Dimensions section to enter project dimensions and Goldenseal will fill in quantities for each item of work. The Goldeneal software includes over 2,000 unit costs for the complete range of house construction costs. We were originally Turtle Creek Construction, and we developed the first versions of our software for our own construction business. Since then over 6000 companies have purchased our programs for estimating and managing their house building projects. Goldenseal is an integrated program that also includes general accounting, project management and general business management tools.
