Goldenseal is integrated house builder software that estimates house building costs and manages building projects. It is designed for professional builders, property developers, and individuals who want to manage a house building project in detail. Goldenseal calculates the cost of a house construction project. You'll start with an estimate template that already includes house construction unit costs. Enter project dimensions, and Goldenseal will calculate quantities for each stage of the project. Goldenseal also helps house builders to manage building projects. It tracks expenses in detail, tracks equipment and labor hours, manages purchases and subcontractors, and includes inspections and punch list tracking to help with project quality control. We were originally Turtle Creek Construction, and we developed the first versions of our software for our own construction business. Goldenseal is an integrated program that also includes general accounting, cost estimates, project management and general business management tools. The basic version includes all of the following for $395 (single user): The complete version costs $695 single-user, $995 for two users, $1295 for five users, and $1795 for up to 10 users.
