Goldenseal is estimation software that gives fast, accurate cost estimation for any type of project. It uses unit costs, assemblies, "smart dimensions" and project templates to make estimation easy.

Goldenseal includes unit costs and "smart dimensions" for the following types of work:

• General Construction
• Framing
• Painting
• Drywall, stucco and plastering
• Property Maintenance
• Property Development

You can also add your own unit costs and create estimates for any other type of projects.

Turtle Creek created one of the first construction estimation programs for small businesses, and we are still finding ways to improve the process.

The Goldenseal software also includes integrated cost accounting, bookkeeping and project management.

The basic version of the Goldenseal software includes all of the following for $395 (single user):
