Goldenseal is cost estimation software that gives fast, accurate cost estimation for construction contractors and any other business that has to give bids, price quotes or estimates.

The program package includes several free starter files-- they already include cost categories and unit costs for many businesses, so you can start estimating immediately. You can also add your own cost data, or copy unit costs from estimating books.
