Goldenseal is construction specs software that automatically writes contracts, subcontracts and spec sheets. It builds construction specs from your itemized estimates, using contract language that is included in each unit cost and assembly. Because it gets specs directly from the project estimate, Goldenseal makes sure that your contracts only include the costs that you will actually get paid for. Goldenseal also includes "boilerplate" contract text that you can store in Contact Clauses. You can use Contract Packages to determine exactly which clauses appear in each type of spec sheet, subcontract or contract that you write. The program includes contract language that we used in Turtle Creek Construction, and you can easily add any other language that you'd like to have in your own contracts. Goldenseal is integrated software which also handles cost estimating, job cost tracking and project management.
