Goldenseal is construction contracts software for general contractors, architects, home builders, and others who need to create many contracts or subcontracts. It includes a "library" of construction contract clauses that cover a wide range of situations. You can set up different contract packages to quickly include the right clauses in each type of contract. It's also easy to add your own contract clauses. As part of each construction contract, Goldenseal also writes a detailed "scope of work" for the project, based on the line items in the original estimate. It builds the item descriptions from text in each Assemblies record, and automatically includes quantities and optional prices. When you use Goldenseal to write your construction contracts, you'll be sure that you will be paid for all of the work that is specified there-- since the contract only includes items that you included in the project estimate.
