Dragging Rows in Windows Tables

Problem

drag and drop does not work in Windows tables in Goldenseal accounting software

Diagnosis

They are trying to move rows in a Windows breakdown table. No dice.

Solution

A bug introduced in 2.8 or so when we fiddled with the control/command/alt keys. Fixed in 2.94. Actually the drag ought to work with Alt key instead even though it doesn't show the correct cursor.
