Custom Layouts Command

Problem

The Custom Layouts command is grayed out!

Diagnosis

Two things can cause this:

1. They are on a client machine in the multi-user version.

2. They have a low level password that doesn't allow access to layout changes.

Solution

1. Switch to the server computer.

2. Sign on with a different password that allows full access.
