Chart of Accounts Icon Change

Problem

Chart of Accounts gets icons in funny places, or has a block of missing items, after switching icon size in Goldenseal accounting software

This only occurs if they have very many items in a column (>1000).

Diagnosis

They have many items in chart of accounts, and they've just changed icon size. Either of the following problems happen:
1. When they switch to large icon size, some icons are missing and there's a big white space at the bottom of the list
2. In No Icon or Small Icon, there's a white space in the middle, where some icons are missing

Solution

Sorting the list fixes this cosmetic problem:
1. Choose Chart of Accounts from View menu, choose Icon Order submenu, choose a different sort order.
2. Repeat the above and go back to the original sort order.

We haven't been able to find out why this happens yet, but the fix is easy.
