List Buttons Not Showing in OS X

Problem

Buttons on lists are not drawing properly in Macintosh OS X. Just a gray rectangle.

Diagnosis

This appears in Category Systems, Tax Items and other lists which have some sort of additional button (other than OK and Cancel).

Solution

The button is still there, and they can click on it as usual. It just doesn't have a title or button appearance.

It's a bug, fixed in Goldenseal accounting software version 2.9.
