Prints Dots on Background

Problem

It prints dots on print forms or reports, using HP Printer for Goldenseal accounting software.

Diagnosis

In this case it did a square grid of dots over all areas with text (they faxed us a copy of printout).

Solution

Go into HP settings, hit Graphics tab. Change from Fine to None.

NOTE-- Only one user has reported this. Sounds like an HP printer bug. No idea whether it's a problem anyone else will ever get.
