Diagnosis
Print forms are listed alphabetically, and the first is selected.
So just make the usual form the first one in the alphabet.
Solution
To rename a form, follow these steps:
1. choose Custom Layouts from the Options menu, then choose Print Forms from the
submenu.
2. Enter the desired transaction class into the Transaction field, then find the desired form in the Print Form popup.
3. Choose Rename Layout from the Edit menu, and type in a new name. Click OK.
Very early versions didn't have the Rename command. Probably nobody still uses them,
but if so do this:
1. Make a new form, first in the alphabet
2. Switch to the stock form
3. Choose Select All from the Edit menu
4. Choose Copy from the Edit menu
5. Switch to the new form
6. Choose Paste from the Edit menu
7. Save changes
