Error Printing Sales Invoice

Problem

Getting error msg when user prints Sales invoice-- something about having no categories.

Diagnosis

This seems to happen only if the users don't have any cost categories. The form was set up to print a breakdown by category, which gives a warning if no categories.

Solution

The user can change the Printed Form layout to Simple List instead.

We've done that on the stock forms starting with version 2.55.

Rather a rare case, since most users use categories. This probably will never happen again.
