No Deductions for an Employee

Problem

State payroll doesn't calculate state withholding in Goldenseal payroll software.

Diagnosis

They aren't getting any state withholding when they do Write Payroll.

Solution

Temp solution- turn on the 'allow payroll deduction changes' option in Expenses Prefs, then type in deduction amounts.
This was fixed in version 1.01 of Goldenseal payroll software
