Diagnosis
just in very early versions (pre-8/25)
Solution
1. Open the SPECWRIT.XLM
choose Define Name from Formula menu
scroll to report.blank, change it from ="Report Blank" to ="REPORT.BLK"
2. Open the SPECWRIT.XLM
choose Define Name from Formula menu
scroll to always.protect, and change it from =FALSE to =TRUE
