AIA Contracts

PRoblem

is the contract format used in MacNail contract writing software AIA compatible?

Diagnosis

we do NOT use AIA contract text and can't, due to copyright. Nobody can use AIA text, actually, they're pretty litigatious about it.

Solution

I'm not sure if AIA licenses out their contract text-- if so, users could paste it into a header or footer, if they so desired.

AIA does have 'fill in the blanks' contract forms but they wouldn't fit at all into our style of creating contracts.
