Missing Defined Name Document

Problem

when making payroll report from MacNail Construction Payroll Software

Diagnosis

gets message: missing the defined name-- document
when making payroll report
labor report is missing a defined name it should have. Either labor report got damaged somehow, or acct. manager is damaged and didn't put it in.

Solution

1. Try making a new labor report.
2. If that doesn't work, replace the accounting manager.

NOTE: this apparently can also happen with other reports, if they are using a new Manager (3.3 or 3.4) and older accounting blanks (3.0 to 3.2).
