Wants to add medical deductions to Employee Index
in MacNail Construction

Diagnosis
Need to use Accounting Manager dated 2/3/94 or later to support getting of medical deductions.
This will work ONLY if you make Payroll Reports 'FROM SCRATCH'.
Solution
1. Open Employee Index
2. Unprotect it
3. Insert a whole column
4. give it any title
5. Drag through the column and define it as med.col
6. Enter the medical deduction desired for each employee
7. Protect document and save it.

NOTE: the above procedure will not work with the 'other' col in payroll, as of 5/12/94 (fixed in late 94
