Wrong Actual Costs in Cost Control

PROBLEM

make a new job cost sheet, starts out with same numbers in the 'actual' column of job costing worksheet in MacNail construction accounting software

Diagnosis

check the 'clearinghouse' part of the cc sheet-- are there correct SUM formulas in the category headings?

Solution

this appears to be a 'code change' bug, but really not sure yet. If so, replace the manager and try again.
