Extra Jobs in Profit & Loss

PROBLEM

P&L reports get two sets of jobs in them
profit & loss 'by month' and/or 'by job' have a second set of job names in MacNail construction accounting software

Diagnosis

check the P&L by Job Blank and/or P&L by Month Blank. If they have jobs in them, it's the cause of the problem.

Solution

Best solution is to replace the blanks with the originals.
To fix the files, can just delete the set of jobs that doesn't have stuff posted to it (delete the entire rows).

Comments

This has happened a couple times. May be the result of some bug, or may just be things being interrupted and then accidentally saved.
