1/18/95 remastering of MacNail construction accounting software and job costing software

Diagnosis

A few lingering problems fixed in the 1/95 update.

Solution

1. Fixed problem where it would occasionally post to the next lower subcategory, if some math accelerators were in use.
2. Fixed problem where it would erroneously create a 91 P&L by month file during P&L posting.
