Job Cost Errors-- Repost Error

PROBLEM

Getting "repost error" in cc column after doing Post Job Costs with "check previous postings" turned on.

Diagnosis

Mystery error message in cc column of Labor Log, Material Log, Checkbook Ledger etc in job costing portion of MacNail construction accounting software.

Solution

It posted OK the first time, but couldn't post the second time for some reason. It puts "repost error xxxx" with the former number in it. Unless that number is NOT equal to the cost item, it's not a problem--because it already posted correctly the first time.
