how to print an entire cost control worksheet with MacNail construction accounting software?

Diagnosis

By default the cost control sheets are set up to print only the summation area of the cost control. To change the printable area, follow the steps below.

Solution

1. With the cost control sheet active on screen, choose Display from the Options menu. Check "Row And Column Headings", then click OK.
2. There will be an empty box to the left of the letter A for column A, and
above the "1" for row 1. Click on this box to select the entire worksheet.
3. Choose Page Setup from the File menu, and change the printer orientation from portrait to landscape.
4. Choose *Print Selection from the File menu.

If this does not work, follow steps 1-3 as above, then do:
4. Choose Remove Print Area from the Options menu
5. Choose Remove Page Break from the Options menu.
6. Choose Print Preview from the File menu to make sure everything is ok, then print.
