Profit & Loss Didn't Post Completely

PROBLEM

P&L posted to one sheet but not the other: e.g. to 'by job' p&l but not 'by month',. after doing job costing posting in MacNail construction accounting software

Diagnosis

They posted profit and loss, but it ended up on only one worksheet. User probably closed one file without saving changes.

Solution

may have to clear the entire p&l column and post again.

To prevent this problem--use ‘save after posting’ from Options menu in MacNail Cost Control manager, or be very careful to save everything or nothing.
