Job Costing Allowances

PROBLEM

Diagnosis

User wants to job cost for allowances, but it doesn't work.

Solution

In ledgers or logs, allowances must be entered with category code AL, and MUST have a subcategory, whether or not they are using a 2-layer cost control. The subcat # is the # of the allowance- they can check the bottom of the cost control sheet to see which allowances are available.
