PROBLEM

Diagnosis

they want to know where to put the federal 941 payment or other employer tax payments or employee withholding payments

Solution

it's already job costed by way of burden in the Labor Log. So they only have to put it in the ledger as a cash payment to keep the books balanced.
Assign it to the office job (99).
Under category, give it either ET (employer taxes) or WW (wage withholding)
