Fixes made to DOS version of MacNail construction estimating software, 2/2/97
Diagnosis
1. Changed the Get.document(88) fix so it's less likely to break in XL7.
2. Changed H103 so extract won't bomb in XL7
3. Changed H112 so it will now extract 'new style' allowances
DIDN'T FIX-- problem where labor modifiers get lost when going from sub &mat to labor&mat
