Problem

How did we get unit costs used in MacNail construction estimating software?

Diagnosis

User wants to know the source of our unit costs.

Solution

We timed our own crews and built 'assemblies' based on our construction projects between 1985-1989 (plus a few earlier projects). Some items have been updated or added since then, based on feedback from users.
