Including in Bid

Problem

When doing *Include in bid or changing calc formulas for a line in specs, user gets the "Select a non-title row!" message.

Diagnosis

1. of course, if the user is trying to *Include a title row in the bid, or change the formulas, this won't work!
2. If it's a valid item name, but the user has set the text style of the item name to bold, Est Mgr will think it's a title row.

Solution

1. They can only include regular line items in MacNail construction estimating software
2. Unbolding the text is the only way to fix it.
