Labor Cost Modifiers

Problem

losts labor modifier when going from sub & materials to labor & materials
Specs calculated formula is wrong after change in MacNail construction estimating software

Diagnosis

This is a known bug that has actually been in the code for about 8 years. Too complicated to fix it.

Solution

If they want to swap items from sub & materials to labor & materials, have them use MacNail Customizing instead.
That uses more recent code that works fine.

We may fix this someday, but it'll be a lot of work since the estimating code is so old and fragile.
