Condensed Estimate has Bad Value

Problem

*Condense Estimate not working properly- zeroes showing up in summation & clearinghouse, ALTHOUGH estimate is ok.

Diagnosis

subtle problem- check clearinghouse in estimate. Only the the actual category title rows (with the SUM formulas in them) should be bold. If the subcategory rows are bold also, that's the problem- Est. skips any bold rows.

This problem will occur in making a cost control sheet from this estimate also.

Solution

Unbold the non-heading rows in MacNail construction estimating software worksheets
