Can't Add a Row Here!

Problem

getting "You can't add a row here!" message while using MacNail construction estimating software

Diagnosis

You can't add a row at the FIRST LINE in a section of Specifications. Top of selected cells must be somewhere else.

Solution

Click in a different row in Specs.
