Problem

blown insulation is too high in MacNail construction estimating software

Diagnosis

our numbers are for rehab work--drill holes, blow insulation, plug & patch holes. New work will be much cheaper.

Solution

Labor cost for new insulation work is probably about 50% that for retrofit.
