Estimating Kitchen & Laundry Appliances

Problem

kitchen appliances, bath appliances, laundry appliances in MacNail construction estimating software
Kitchen appliances in specs calculates labor but NOT materials even though the formula for materials is there.

Diagnosis

In dimensions, if "false" is answer to "include appliances", Specs will multiply materials by -0- because will assume only the labor of installing them not cost of appliances themselves.

Solution

Enter "true" in "include appliances" cell near the bottom of estimate dimensions
