No Material Markup

Problem

not including material markup when updating prices in MacNail construction estimating software

Diagnosis

they report that they've put in a material markup but it's not being figured into material unit price

Solution

a bug in Customizing Manager. Send them a new copy of it. This will be fixed in the next remaster.
