No Last Revised Dates

Problem

DOS Customizing doesn't put in 'last revised' date with Update Material Prices or Move Prices commands, when updating unit costs in MacNail construction estimating software.

Diagnosis

problem occurs on managers dated before about 11/94

Solution

send latest manager
can do 'all items' temporarily to get the prices updated/moved
code can also be changed if they are desperate-- two instances of NEW() need to be set to 1904 date system, but refs are not available here
