Problem new customizing file - file disappears, not
made, closes without saving, doesn't open. Customing estimates
in MacNail construction estimating software. Diagnosis Check the name they are trying to give it. No punctuation or spaces allowed. Solution They can be sent a new disk which has the safe.file.name routine. Newer managers are better at cleaning out bad file names. Comments Entered 4/23/93 by Dennis. |
