Diagnosis
they are confused because it says MACNAIL.EST:1 and MACNAIL.EST:2
Solution
to get rid of the extra window:
1. click in the 'short bar' to the left of the menu title. If that is not visible, first
de-maximize (click on up/down arrows to the right of the menu bar).
2. choose Close from the 'short' bar menu.
to create an extra window:
choose New Window from the Window menu.
