Missing Menu Items |

PRoblem "I can't find the menu item!" while
using MacNail construction
software. Can happen in estimating, accounting or schedulingg Diagnosis If the item is a MacNail menu item, check if they have manager open- manager must be open to access menus. Also: if they are on a small screen, the menu may just be too large, in which case a small black triangle will show at the bottom of the menu. Positioning the mouse over the triangle will scroll the menu; the 'missing' item should appear. Solution If they can't SEE McN menu, but they have other MacNail menu items, it's probably because there isn't enough space to display the McN menu. Try "short MacNail menu" in Options\MacNail Options. We also have a shorter menus disk we can send out (involves ResEdit hacking).
