Blank Worksheet Opens

Opens blank worksheet instead of manager or accounting file while using MacNail construction estimating software or construction accounting software

Diagnosis

check Excel version! The version of XL which they own is probably earlier than the version which saved the file.

Solution

If older XL version-- must upgrade excel or get earlier MacNail format! Do they have XL4? If so, they will need managers in XL4 format. We send for $5 s&h.
If that's not the problem, try rebuilding desktop- maybe they have right version, but desktop is corrupted so XL opens blank. If that doesn't work, replace Excel?
