Excel Terminates

PRoblem

Excel terminates or gives 'not enough memory' message while using MacNail construction management software
XL problems, DOS only

Diagnosis

1. Do control-alt-delete to restart. If that fixes it, just temporary memory fragmentation.
2. Try switching video from S-VGA to VGA (in Program Manager, Main, Control Panel) to free up memory
3. How much RAM do they have?

Solution

If less than 8 megs RAM, should add RAM (8 megs may not be enough for Windows95)
