Page Breaks and Print Area

PRoblem

can't print entire work sheet from MacNail construction management software
can't remove page break
(ONLY FOR XL VERSIONS <=3.0)

Diagnosis

1. Check XL vsn
2. Highlight column to the left of offending page break. Goto options menu and check to see if 'Remove page break' command is present.
3. If it is then remove page break. Voilá
4. If command is not present then the page break is an automatic one put in by xl and cannot be removed.

Solution

Have the user go to page setup and reduce the size of the worksheet until it fits into one page.

NOTE: In later Xl vsns this 'feature' can be corrected by using a best fit command. In earlier versions, however, you must reduce document size.
