Text is Printing Gray

PRoblem

some text is lighter or not being printed, when printing various MacNail worksheets from MacNail construction management software
borders or text gray, grey, pale, too light, not solid black, not showing, not visible

Diagnosis

it's trying to print the closest available grey for each color-- so some won't be solid black

Solution

XL 5-- under Print, select the Black and White checkbox
XL 4 and earlier-- under Print, turn OFF the Print Colors checkbox

this problem mostly occurs with xl5, since printing with colors seems to be the default
