Deleting Cells vs Clearing

Diagnosis

Deleting rows from the Master Index should NOT be done-- it screws up all kinds of things.
Clearing cells in the MI is fine.
it's very important to warn people away from deletions (except using the delete rows command), and explain the diff beween clearing (empties contents) and deleting (remove entire cell, shift other cells to take its place)

Solution

*Delete Rows and *Clear Rows commands are totally safe. In fact, MacNail construction software in general includes 'safe' versions of Excel commands-- encourage users to use them instead of the basic commands.
