PRoblem

1. cost control-- subcategory numbers don't go back to 1 when making new cc sheet
2. payroll-- net pay in company payroll gets wrong #s when reposting a payroll period
3. payroll-- posts to wrong pay period.

Diagnosis

These are all caused by 'code changing' bugs in XL4 and all later Excel versions.

Solution

Replace the manager
