Incorrect Lookups

PROBLEM

Lookups are wrong on item 40 and after in MacNail Construction Accounting Software
Looking up wrong values, line 40, row 40 and after

DIAGNOSIS

Check the master index. Is it missing #39 in the first column?

It appears we shipped some defective Master Index files that are missing the 39.

SOLUTION

Select number 38 and drag down to just above 'end of file' in the Master Index first column. Choose Series from the Data menu, then click OK.
