Splitting Payouts

PROBLEM

wants to split a payout on the first line of ledger in MacNail Construction Accounting Software

DIAGNOSIS

can't do that now since MacNail accounting software uses a special formula in the first line, and forbids ledger items there.

SOLUTION

1. Click on SECOND line in Ledger.
2. Choose Ledger Item from Edit menu, choose Split Payout.
3. Duplicate rows with the 2nd check number will be created.
4. Renumber the check number for all but the last instance of the 2nd check number, so they match the 1st check number.
