PROBLEM
prints extra blank pages when printing checks from
MacNail Construction Accounting Software
DIAGNOSIS
Are the blank pages every other one?
if so, need to reduce row heights on the check blank so fits on 1 page
also make sure they use correct check blank for their printer and forms
Are there a lot of blank pages at the end, after a bunch of OK checks?
need to reduce column width so fits on 1 page
SOLUTION
need to open the check blank they are using (e.g. Three Part Laser Blank)
show row & column headings if not already showing
drag bottom row height up or far right column to the left. May need to experiment a bit so it fits OK and
also prints on just one page
once they get the blank right, save it, and all prints will print OK in the future.
