Showing Pennies

PROBLEM

Can't get pennies to show in ledger or log while using MacNail Construction Accounting Software.

DIAGNOSIS

MacNail's show pennies option under McN options from Options menu, will only affect number format on worksheets that you create in future, will not affect existing worksheets

SOLUTION

If worksheet already exists must change number format manually to show pennies.

1. Options-unprotect doc.
2. Show row & col headings from Options- Display.
3. Select entire column and go to Number from Format menu
4. Be sure to PROTECT document again when you're done.
